At Tale of Two Strands®, we offer both virtual and physical testing kits to provide flexibility for our clients.

Virtual Kits

Virtual kits are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your delivery within this timeframe.

Physical Kits

Physical test kits are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

For physical kits, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Additional Information

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Shipping timelines begin once payment has been successfully processed

  • Tale of Two Strands® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information
